Robert is an associate at Johnson & Johnson where he specializes in entertainment, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. Robert collaborates with the Johnson & Johnson team and clients in the music, motion picture, television, sports, internet, digital media, and publishing industries to obtain results that often exceed expectations.
Robert handles all phases of litigation involving breach of contract, royalty disputes, profit participation, idea theft/implied employment contracts, licensing disputes, defamation actions, and trademark and copyright infringement. Robert’s experience includes successfully arguing Motions for Summary Judgment, as well as bench and jury trials.
Robert attended the University of California, Irvine where he studied Criminology, Law & Society and he attended Loyola Law School. During law school, Robert externed for the Honorable Robert L. Hess of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
